Church Renewal & Revitalization Audit
Description
A tool to assess a faith-based organization’s readiness to transform its property into a community asset by building upon the legacy of the organization.
The Audit is comprised of two online surveys. One is 62 questions and completed by the Lead Pastor and/or Financial Manager (approx. 60-90 minutes). Second is 13-18 questions and completed by the leadership team (approx. 20-30 minutes).
The main output of the 20 page report is the MMCo Score that is common language much like a credit score used by advisors, lenders, and developers to assess a property transformation project and assist the organization to achieve readiness.
Outcomes
- Quickly aligns the faith-based organization, lenders, developers, and partners towards property transformation for a community and the mission of the faith-based organization.
- Answers How fundable (Fundability)?
- Answers How capable (Capacity)?
- Answers How developable (Developability)?
- Recommends specific action steps and goal-setting to move forward with the missional use of a property.
